I would have expected an announcement if management took up their entitlements. Other companies do that. So I'm thinking that perhaps they didn't but would be happy to be proved wrong. As for the T20, the answer to that is yes for both IVZ and IVZOA. It's in the asx rules so we will get one. Just not sure if it will be the same time as they announce how the offer went or whether it will be when the shares and oppies are issued.
