I agree 100% regarding the generosity of the broker raises. I am a client of both Canaccord and PAC and have been offered and participated in 6 raises so far. Being a shareholder also made it easy to participate and effectively get the options for free by selling whatever I was allocated before actually receiving it (almost always at a small profit on the shares alone). So even as a shareholder with high hopes for the company, I was happy to hear that they were raising each time. I reckon most of the participants in the broker raises were not and never intended to be long term holders, so each time the company raised, participants were buying and then selling immediately (or even before) after receiving their shares. I hope that Scott has seen the light and will now focus on signing the PPSA and getting more long-term funding from African institutions or banks or local investors. That also helps to derisk for IVZ.

Development Bank of South Africa, African Development Bank, IFC etc. I do like the local element to their funding strategy announced recently.
