Im similarily happy to have low prices, until im done buying of course lol.
I greedily hope the flowtest is delayed awhile longer as im selling an invement prop and will do some line wiping. If you dont like insto's youll hate tenants even more...
In any case if it goes up im still buying, this is insanely great buying under 20c, where i first bought (yay...)
So these stupidly maniplated low prices may be seen as a bad thing to some, to others its an unbelievable opportunity.
Once this passes its gone forever.
