I understand and actually agree with your valuation from your point of view and what you are saying......
However, my point is..... It does not matter that 1 party (a predator) values and thinks he would pay when the other party (IVZ) is not looking to sell and more importantly...... would NEVER consider such an offer now....... Hence, that predator's valuation is totally irrelevant at this point in time.
