I’m 100% certain that @VOGC wouldn’t be confident about numbers that high based on what we now know. The net pay is well below what he included in his original analysis. Not going to talk on his behalf but I think he’s probably as shell-shocked as I am about how we went from > 1,000m of hydrocarbon shows at MK-1 to > 200m of gross hydrocarbon bearing reservoir to just 14m net pay in the Upper Angwa at MK-2. Not to mention the continued mention of a risk of lateral extensiveness by IVZ. He’s such a great contributor and the fact that he hasn’t posted any updates since last year tells me a lot. I crossed paths with him at the AGM last year and he grilled Scott about a few things. I feel sorry for Scott if @VOGC turns up at the next AGM.
