Beg to differ slightly DB I reckon the big mover catalyst is the PPSA without which we are a scurvy ridden sailing ship banged up in the doldrums...but yes flow test well deepening etc it is all in a relevant bundle...management's task if they are capable is to sort it out and get through the doldrums and cure the scurvy. It is a worry if you a the worrying kind...I just hang on in there with the belief required to remain calm...with the odd whinge escaping my lips now and then.
It is not enough to get me back on the drink though!
