@Davyboy
The net pay cut off should be reservoir specific. So far, Invictus has applied a cut-off based on porosity, water saturation and Vclay (% clay content).
From my experience, the gas reservoir porosity cut-off can be in the range 7.5% to 8.0%.
I would like to highlight that as no free water has been encountered in M-2 or M-2ST, the measured Sw should be capillary bound water. (irreducible). The 35m sands are likely to flow, but why not investigate the tighest sands as well. Therefore, my recommendation would be to plan for separate tests using Pulsefrac (or similar) wireline conveyed propellant guns over the tightest sands (7% to 9% porosity range).
If the additional tight zones flow, it should be possible to increase the effective net pay and scale up for the whole well
