Not sure why I am replying, but yes I can read ....but after many years of holding, I no longer believe all I read!
If I did, the PPSA would have been signed over 3 years ago when it was in fact advised as imminent. As it has been on regular occasions ever since.
Look the word up in the dictionary - 'happening soon: ready to take place : happening soon.'
We all want it signed Nicme02 - but forgive us for not wetting our pants with excitement every time a new PPSA timeline is announced.
