IVZOA has a strike of 20c
Currently Valued at 3c
so like... buying it now would mean you need it to go above 23c for it to "break even" on strike (but like you can sell before to still make profit so its not quite the same)
You can also not strike and let the options expire but then they worth d!ck

So you essentially doing a higher risk higher reward play there.
