Im confused.
Id argue that those capping shares could have just as easily been there to make sure no one bids for the 13c left over from the rights issue.
My guess is yesterday they
a. Discovered that Ivz placed enough to kill their idea or
b. They succeeded
Could be c CI capping to keep traders away.
No matter how u slice it it’s manipulation.
