If the shares were issued on the 3rd they will definitely be included as the date says.
Anyways the broker data and soi have zero to do with the accuracy of the data.
The broker data shows instos were buying and selling so soi has zero bearing.
As you can see Morrisons bought 19.5 million but sold ~ 36 million.
Whilst I'm not familiar with all the names on the list, I only went down to where net sells out did net buys, they pretty much seem to me to be mostly insto's.
You may not like it but its there in black and white.
You can choose to not believe it and that's your call but you would be totally wrong.
