For those that haven’t already done so, it’s worth taking 5 minutes to lodge a complaint. At the very least they will have a timestamp to go back to……never underestimate “it’s the squeaky wheel that gets the oil”.

I’m hopeful that Scott is aware of exactly what is going on here. They’re in a very delicate position awaiting PPSA, and negotiating further deals around finance and possibly lease extensions etc. and it is incredibly unfair and unethical to be undermined in this way, they have a hard enough job as it is.
