Hey DYOR, PPSA means everything!
It is a Petroleum Production Sharing Agreement which gives clarity and certainty moving forward from exploration to production.
It is a really big risk right now and one of the main reasons why IVZ share price is so low - serious money will not invest until it is in place.
We have been waiting for it for over a year.
The Zimbabwe government always say they are working on it, but knowing how corrupt they are, a few of us wonder if there an ulterior motive for the continual delay.
