on the finalisation of the PPSA, this is from an IVZ presentation in March 2023:





from what I can find on google the last update to the petroleum act was 2020, with some updates around ZELA and regulation in feb 2023. so it seems we are waiting for the Zimbabwe parliament to vote on the changes to the act before the relatively small consequence PPSA is finalised.
