SM is working on getting the PPSA signed and once done then the future funding will be within Zim and not from overseas sources.
The bottleneck at this point of time is the holdup of the PPSA! Once this is signed off, then we will be able to secure the funding required to continue drilling and finding more "Hot Spots"
It would be nice to know what the issue is and what form of negotiations SM is having with the government to get the PPSA over the goal line.
The longer the delay, the longer it takes MK to be transformed to "Production Status" and the ability to start receiving revenue and the Zim government to be able to secure infrastructure development and Gas-to-Power pilot project.
