Yes plenty to do Flow test and 3D but SM always raises more than needed just incase the Flow tests are bad. That is why they wanted the extra $15 mill form the CR. Now they are probably debating If they should raise now or probably have made a deal already? Hope they have not as will decimate the SP and flies in the face of the last chat. It would be a straight out lie from SM if they raise now from PAC or similar.
