Thats where SM is fooling people. I don't doubt that financing will become available when in the construction phase of the project and money can be payed back to financier in a year or 2 but the stage of where IVZ is at with an unknown flow rate and well only positioned of 2D seismic, financing like ths won't be available until there is certainty that the resource can be monetised.
