At the beginning of the year everyone knew that there would be a flood test in April, then everyone knew that there would be no CR, now everyone knows that there would be a PPSA after April 30th. Sirry but nothing has happened. Why should it? The company never said that. They prefer to remain silent. I'm starting to wonder if, when the share price is at 4c, someone might just take over. Why enter into a JV when you can simply take over the company? That would probably be cheaper for any JV.
