Hopefully, the flow test provides the vital confirmation everyone is seeking. The outcome could be transformational for investors and the region. I believe there's an opportunity here. However, the road ahead is not as smooth as most imagine. Solution goes beyond just finding a resource because that's often not the root-cause of the problem Africans are faced with. It is often systemic. I will stop at that.
