5c might be a bit of wishful thinking, every man and their dog will be lining up with their buy orders if that looks like happening IMO. We’re literally only in the 7’s due to the large synthetic sell orders that pushed the price down, if not for that we’d likely be back closer to the RI price with the shortfall already placed. Anyway, they’re now very much on the radar, so should they decide to go down that path again it would be akin to “escaping the lions den and then making the mistake of going back for their hat”.
