If we do some speculation with the sums if he tried to offload that many it would never have been at 26c more like 16c for that volume so would have had like 11mil in cash
If he had done so he would have probably lost the role of being MD. The other side is if he keeps the MD role for another 5 years he can make up the difference that he has lost in wages and free shares and still retain 70 million shares so totally different scenario to most people.
