i am not a SM basher or hater…. Re read my comments.
He seems like good guy and technically proficient.
i am just making observations, mostly made on data, several joining dots…. Which maybe right or wrong, only time will tell.

however, I am critiquing the functioning of the BOD against the charter they are here to deliver against.
their job is to support and hold SM accountable along with helping provide strategic and tactical direction for company.
these are not just SM decisions …. These are BOD decisions.

I am just tabling a few points for discussion, not whinging.

At the end of day… the data is the data. It seems counterintuitive to be heaping praise on a group of execs with current performance.

A high quality action (not actions) to reversed this ….. develop and communicate a clear plan. Novel stuff.
