Now from the top.
OTC listing a fail? SM can't make outsiders buy shares. He did way over inflate its importance that's for sure but you can't blame him if no one preses the buy button....
PPSA sign fail. I agree to a point but again he can't make them sign.
Fail to understand how to raise $$. I think you are totally wrong there. He has raised over 100 million. I'm not sure how he could have done it differently?

Fail in negotiating. Negotiating with who? The gov? Farm in? PAC and co?
The sp is where it is because of a failure to understand our registry is made up of retail mostly and the wrong type of insto's. Again SM can't make the right kind buy but IMO should have been paying much closer attention to those who were prepared to sell at the drop of a hat.
You can make no argument MK1 was a fail because of the sidetrack. That was a result of drilling the unknown.
You can make the argument that they cocked up at MK2 by drilling too deep, but even then they had independent advice on the pressures, which was wrong, so not totally to blame IMO.
