There was no issue with the side track I'm aware of.
I am just pointing out the black and white where SM said side track was fully funded.
Both can't be right, IF, you believe the cash spend last Q is completely down to MK2 + ST drill then SM either lied at the time about side track funding OR they have some forward spend in the last quarterly.
I agree now is not the ideal time to do a deal but something has to give on the funding front.
The argument then becomes what is best for shareholders?
I certainly haven't given up hope they get the rights issue extra over the line at 13c. No way anyone could buy 13.5 million$ worth on market. The sp would be mid 20's in no time at least IMO.
