my belief was that Zimbabwean investment firms were eyeing the shortfall of the 13c rights issue. Could imagine it would be difficult for them to accumulate the stock and so this presents an enticing opportunity. There was roughly 12m shortfall correct?
I would have thought that it would be easy to raise from them than it seems. Execute it quickly and start ordering long-lead and begin 3D seismic while the other financing options get further appraised
