I’m not sure Frank.
There had to be changes to the petroleum code first, I’m pretty sure they were minor, first, I’m not sure if that has been done.
Once that is done the Ppsa gets signed and gazetted is my understanding.
Fwiw in the email from SM he said the Ppsa was being dealt with at the highest levels of gov but I assume that has been the case all along.
