However, fundamentally nothing has changed - we are still sitting on top of a monster elephant with samples to surface, we have a rig ready to go, as we do with 3D - just need the Zimbabwean govt to get off, and get their fingers out of, their asses and actually prove that - Yes, we are open for business.

The delay is now becoming costly in both time and capital.
