BOD signs off on all CR decisions, which makes it even more head scratching.
To have an open CR for near on 6 months while u r courting JV partners (sharing info) plus using a large number of contractors …. So info leaks, simple stuff like we don’t need to produce this report for flow test until this date…. Plus dealing with government….To me this really ordinary. Poor governance at many levels.

i also think that having SM as MD and largest shareholder isn’t helpful, imagine his annual perf appraisal by the chair.

on saying all of that, I do agree …. This could change very quickly, as where we sit at the moment makes little sense.
