Well I did say multiple times over this journey the market actually did front up 100mil which is remarkable in itself for drills in a 3rd world country and to not get the final binary result of whether the well flows or not is pretty damning of any sort of cost control measures. If no other company is willing to fork out some dollars without the PPSA why the hell was Invictus in the first place splashing so much cash if this was so vital to the entire project.
