It is reasonably basic stuff for MD/ BOD in small ASX company
Do these things SP and MC go up and value created.

1) Have vision and plan to get there (share it with market)
2) Share timeline/ dates …. And hit them
3) Spend the company’s money carefully, raise at right times

I think that this should also underpin remuneration and performance bonus.
I listened to a MD who started a yearly update with “everything i said last year we would do, we have done” …. SP going gangbusters, no problem raising big $$$ and high SP levels.

Now ….. how is IVZ BOD going (last FY)?
1) half mark
2) miss
3) miss

not much luck to date

GLA, lots of upside if SM pulls this together and gets a break.
