    PPSA = government share of production or profit oil

    Shafting of IVZ on one or both of the above = Zimbabwe back in the Mugabe days of pariah status. If Zanu PF want their cut they need the PPSA in place or this never gets into production and nobody makes any money.

    The greater risk is selling a majority share to a major who f^cks us over.

    The Mines and Minerals Act is still awaiting gazetting. The only issue I'm aware of is the slow moving wheels of government.
