I don't think its the strength or otherwise of his leadership, I think the days are long gone where he ran the ship solo, the new blokes are from companies where shareholders are only spoken too when needed not when their nerves are shot. FWIW Jack I believe, not without foundation, that there is a lot going on in the back ground. There is no doubt the sp drop has put the cat amongst the pigeons from a forward programme perspective and these things take time to reset and it would certainly take several months for any mob to do due dilligence.
