    They have raised over 100 million with no Ppsa signed so I’m not sure it’s the deterrent everyone believes.
    Worst case scenario is they raise 10 million at some stupid price but at least we’d get the flow test underway.

    Personally I believe no news on that front points to something bigger in the pipeline.
