    The company is not going to raise again with equity markets, they will either:
    • farm in traditional O&G player
    • farm in services Co.
    • bring in Zim insto investor
    • debt and equity development bank

    These can all happen without PPSA (which should be forthcoming), they can be conditional on PPSA signing as most details are already negotiated
