If you are going to buy at these levels you need to be smart about knowing that UBS and Macquarie are in the trading game with the stock and will knock out a couple of bid lines on any sort of announcement as they know there are retail believers on the sideline. I'd totally wait for the answer to funding and the probability is going to be a raise of some sorts although the supply might be limited to who they exactly raise to. It's plain to see at the moment even lithium players are struggling to raise funds and IVZ is no special case that has alternate funding until they can answer whether the well will flow or not.
