    I’ve asked for clarification before on whether the delay is administrative or legal frame work but didn’t get any joy.
    I hope SM is not having this update to soothe the market, I think that would be a mistake personally.
    Im pretty confident that we will get something, probably out east 2d targets and a p number as a minimum.
