Hoping we may bounce later today, but the reality imo is, that the goodwill of Scott's presentation - albeit how positive it was, will only last for so long.
For a real and concrete move north - I don't believe we will have any real traction until we actually get the news.
Really hoping that 'Very soon, and ,very shortly, and 'A strong back half of the year..' means that we get this tranche of news before the end of July,
Ie PPSA signed/Funding details announced/#D commenced etc etc
No announcements and I do believe we will drift back down again.
Once we get it - 'We are off to the races!'
