i am not sure Scott pays much attention communicating this detail.
its a fine line to whether he needs to disclose.
i suppose if it was not being renewed …. He would 100% be required to disclose.
he might go by the no news is good news strategy…. Which IMO isn’t that bright in a speccie stock, but seems his style.
the professional BODs don’t miss the free hit when given one.
