Dash, the announcement in your post relates to the signing of a HOA in March 2022. That was material and had to be reported.
When the gazettal actually happened in September 2022 it was reported then also. The difference was that they didn't take the 709,300ha into SG4571. They instead kept SG4571 as it was and put 130,000ha into each of the 2 new EOPs. From memory that was based off the seismic and covered all the prospective ground in the basin.
