Maybe but if you don't know by now that the PPSA is a gov thing and that IVZ have no sway on how long its going to take then I can't help you. He could explain the process until the cows come home that won't make it come quicker. If you are buying then you must be 100% committed. maybe I was a bit harsh but the reality is the company has had to pivot from going it alone to farming out because the sp went down not up. That is why Gharp ing's post is so idiotic.
