It's not about SM explaining the process. I reckon holders do understand that SM is actually running out of time before he is forced to raise on the market and as everybody has said can't make the Zim government go any faster so are getting a bit worried ?

So he's taking a gamble again with shareholder 'wealth' that this gets done in the next couple of months. How many gambles can he keep taking with this company.

I'll count some.

1) Gambled on not taking a farm in partner in early = failed gamble

2) Gambled on throwing everything at getting a sample and running out of cash for a flow test = failed gamble

3) Now gambling that the government gets PPSA done before the company runs out of cash (which there really is a hard timeline to this with an idle rig)

So about 3 months ? of cash left before it does get dire and another dumb IVZ gamble move would be letting the company actually get to that state of its last couple of mil and then trying to raise cash in desperation.
