Q. I sold out my position of IVZ some time ago (for a loss I might add ) as another opportunity presented itself.

Still a believer, that it has the product ect...timeline ..another matter (in my mind anyway)

Not One of the directors converted their options???????????

Most people (myself included) are greedy ...you are (as is every other reader) or you wouldn't be here.

Oppies with a conversion of 23.5c (from memory),

Scotty had 3,000,000 ...why would he convert with 71M shares.......because he isn't greedy??
John had 3,000,000 options
Robin had 3,000,000 options
**riel has 3,000,000 options

If the short term if this was going to get blown out of the water say 40 or 50c initially even with the agreement being signed, then all of them would have found a way to convert & double their money....no question.
(Director cant buy on market due to insider info)

So they either feel they will get a better opportunity in the future to get more???
.....or did they all just fumble $600,000 (ie sp say 43c .. as they didn't pay for these freebies)..

I will be back (if I can exit my position elsewhere & arbitrage makes it worthwhile)...just watching for now
