Thats the point....................But they CAN'T buy at 8c .....

They can't buy anything, at ANY price on market.

So they pass the opportunity to make $600,000 (in a few weeks ) if SP going to 40c +.

or is SP not going to 'launch' soon, then I understand the opportunity cost (for them) to invest elsewhere.

So if short term you thought the price was going to 40c +, then you would be a fool not to take it up.

or they don't like money.

Are they going to get more free stuff...because of management performance?
