They CANNOT see upside in the short term...more a slow burn (it things go to plan).

Even with a PPSA ....you are saying not 20C then.

I'll say it again ..slowly..they CANNOT but ANYTHING on market at 8.1c..it is un obtainium to them.

So they have a choice, if they see short term upside they will convert to make money

..it they DON'T see short term upside they will pass.

Follow what they do Not what they say.

Make no mistake we/ they/ people in general are all greedy buggers (myself included).

They see No value in converting as opportunity costs better elsewhere.

Don't forget they were gifted 3,000,000 option , so no hurt money.

Either they have dropped $600,000 or price is NOT going up above exercise price...

Explain why they didn't participate inteh CR earleir this year.

Insider info (which they are entitled to), helps then in the right choice/ timing.
