Agree the Zim Govt has been extremely slow in finalising the PPSA. At least the situation we are in right now is a lot better than it has been in the last 6 months. With the global markets/economic situation, guaranteed the US fed will lower rates start QE again, especially in an election year, followed by the rest of the world. Who knows, by the end of the year when more funding is required, it may actually be more abundant/cheaper.
