You cant get the concept that they CANNOT buy on market as a director when they have insider knowledge.
SO better opportunity costs lie elsewhere (or they would have taken up the options).
No hurt money involved, their actions (or lack there of) says way more than what they are saying.
If short term price had upside......EVERYBODY would take up those options as they cant nut 1 share on market..so your 8.1c..ot 7.5c (or what ever the price is today is moot).
ergo... Looking forward, they see no upside (short term), further price weakness..slow burn.
ie get Nothing or get something.
ergo ..they DO NOT see upside..
Even with PPSA (imminent)...not pushing it up (based on what the director have done..)
