Sorry at the risk of me now turning into the idiot here, you do understand how options work right? You keep talking about then giving up a huge amount of money if the share price runs. They can convert the options when the share price is 1c, 5, cents or $1. They can convert it at any price prior to it expiring. So you would not convert it unless you are in the money. Even if they think the share price is going to the moon why tie up capital before you have to?
