The options had an exercise price of 23c (or 23.5c) & lapsed mid July 24...from memory

If you read my post, that IS what I said.

For them to convert they would have to know that the ppsa (or what ever is going to move the SP is coming).as they control the narrative.& have insider information

If SP going to (pick a number) 43c for ease of calculation. They are in the money (mind you never paid for the options)

OBVIOUSLY, the SP is NOT going to move (in the short term) or they have no faith SP will rise, so see better investment (opportunity cost too high) & have elected not to exercise.

Price may move, great for all concerned....but not to levels (& in time line) that Directors see worth while exercising.

trade the pips.

why wouldn't they just hold the options and watch them go up 200% whilst the shares go up 100%.
Why outlay additional money when you can do better with less invested.
If you know it's going up options win every time
