He sold IVZ when the price was around 9.7 and bought STX when price was hanging around 21 cents. STX had a disappointing result and currently around 17 cents. Could have parked your money in either stock for that similar result although IVZ is heading for some interesting times. It's taken a while to get to this point where hopefully the sp will be on the move up again with catalysts on the horizon.
