Having worked as a Project Manager in Zam/Zim/RSA for some 10 years, I can, albeit reluctantly, understand the go slow approach on bringing the PPSA to 'sign off'. If there is nothing (no gas oil/other) why is there a need for a PPSA? So until there is some quantification of the oil/gas/other discovery the PPSA sign off has no urgency. Yes, there is a lot of information from a variety of sources to infer an asset but ...

So when SM completes the actions required and is able to quantify an asset by drilling and producing a bankable 'asset' then we can rightly expect the ZIm government/agency to sign off on the PPSA.

It will happen.
